ELEVATION PADDLE CO. WARRANTY POLICY

 Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board Warranty

Elevation Paddle Co. provides a 3-Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty on all inflatable stand-up paddle boards (iSUPs) from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers any manufacturer defect in workmanship and materials during this two-year window. Determining manufacturer defect is at the sole discretion of Elevation Paddle Co. We reserve the right to request images or otherwise for proof of manufacturer defect.

 

THIS WARRANTY COMMITMENT FOR INFLATABLE STAND-UP PADDLE BOARDS (iSUPs) DOES NOT COVER CLAIM CONDITIONS INCLUDING:

 

Damage or defects incurred by impact with any damaging materials or objects including, but not limited to rocks, shoals, docks, other boards, boats, etc.

Damage or defects incurred by use outside of the board's intended purpose.

Damage incurred due to normal wear and tear of the board.

Damage or defects incurred by transporting, loading, unloading, dropping, or general mishandling of the board.

Damage or defects incurred due to incorrect prolonged storage of board including, but not limited to storing in extreme temperatures over 90°F and/or under 32°F, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight while not in use, or prolonged storage in closed, damp conditions.

Boards used in rental, commercial, classes, or otherwise are not covered under warranty.

Damage incurred by improper forcing, shoving, or general improper fin installation.

Damage or defects caused by acts of God, casualty, or theft.

Damage or defects caused by use outside of its intended purpose.

Damage or defects caused by normal wear and tear.

Damage or defects caused by transport, loading, unloading, dropping, or out of water handling. Including marks or damage caused by transporting on top of a car, airline handling, rolling, or dragging on concrete, shipping, etc.

Damage to fin or fin box caused by impact to the fin.

Damage to the valve caused by loosening the valve to deflate.

Damage caused by failure to exercise normal maintenance and proper care.

Damage caused by aftermarket intentional aftermarket modification / using the product in ways other than expressly provided by the instruction manual or any other documentation accompanying the product.

Elevation Paddle Co. warrants that the product will meet the specifications stated in the instructions and Elevation Paddle Co. agrees to replace the product free of charge if the product does not conform to the specifications.  Notice for replacement must be given within 60 days of the discovery of the defect.

In consideration of the above promises by COMPANY, the buyer agrees to and
accepts the following conditions:

*       That this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or
implied;
*       That ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED AND/OR WAIVED;

That this remedy is in lieu of all other remedies or claims for damages,
consequential or otherwise, which the buyer may have against Elevation Paddle Co.

Elevation Paddle Co. shall have no liability for Any loss or injury caused, in whole or in part, by its actions, omissions, or negligence, or for contingencies
beyond its control;

Elevation Paddle Co. is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (3) year from the date of shipping. During the warranty period the unit will be repaired or replaced by COMPANY at no charge as long as the unit has not suffered accidental damage, abuse, abnormal wear and, or misapplication. Such damage will be repaired at the purchaser's
expense. Opening or altering the Product in any away voids this warranty.

The warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not
transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Elevation Paddle Co. board from you.

THIS WARRANTY COMMITMENT FOR INFLATABLE PADDLE BOARDS DOES COVER CLAIM CONDITIONS SUCH AS:

Seam leaks.

Extracted handles.

Excessive workmanship defects.

 

ITEMS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

Products sold to someone under a different name than the name of the original purchaser.

Products purchased in used or open box condition from www.elevationpaddleco.com or the Elevation Paddle Co. store on Amazon.

Products purchased in bulk or with a bulk discount.

 

 Electric Pump Warranty

 

If you experience any problems with the pump within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product. Additionally, any modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties will void this warranty.

To make a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue you are experiencing with the pump. We may request that you return the product for inspection and repair or replacement.

Elevation Paddle Co. reserves the right to repair or replace any product at our discretion. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute a similar product of equal or greater value. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges associated with warranty claims.
